  This is a simple sensory matching game involving animal patterns.  I purchased some sensory fabrics representing various animal skins which in this case included a zebra, tiger, leopard and a dalmatian and printed off some animal pictures to match to the patterns.  I then laminated the cards so they can be used time and time again.   A lovely sensory matching game that children love and can be easily made.
